Intergroup meetings:

Intergroup meetings are open to all meeting representatives, members, and guests who are interested in the work that goes on at the intergroup level.

Historically the December intergroup meeting is canceled with all business held to the next meeting in January

Intergroup meetings are held on the Second Saturday of the month at 12:30 PM

Does your meeting have an intergroup rep attending intergroup?

Is he/she bringing back information about what is going on in our area?

Each meeting may send two representitives, in addition to any board or standing committee member who attends the meeting; to get a vote at intergroup send a meeting rep to the intergroup meeting.

You have to be on the intergroup board, a standing committee chair or a meeting representative to vote on the issues brought up at the meeting.  Meeting representitives can only have one vote.

Anyone can bring information from intergroup to a meeting, only a rep from that meeting can vote at intergroup.

Guests are welcome at all intergroup meetings.  As a guest your comments and input on any issue in front of the board are always welcome.

We follow Roberts Rules of Order at the intergroup meeting.
